Do guests need to download an app?+

No. Guests open a link in their phone browser, tap to allow the camera, and start shooting. That's the whole onboarding.

Do guests need an account?+

Never. Guests join with an anonymous session scoped to your event — no email, password, or personal details required.

When can we see the photos?+

Whenever you set the reveal time. Before then the album stays locked with a live countdown, and we enforce that on the server.

Can I remove a photo?+

Yes. Hosts can review the roll and delete anything that shouldn't be there before or after the reveal.

How long are photos kept?+

Every plan includes a retention window for the album. You'll see the exact window on your plan before it lapses.

Does it work on iPhone and Android?+

Yes. The camera experience is built mobile-first and tested on iPhone Safari and Android Chrome.
